Invest in tools and training in the beginning and save yourself many headaches in the long run. Be organized; make a task list, and quarterly or monthly goals. Don't let the overall picture distract or overwhelm you, break everything down into small task lists and just work away at each task and soon you will realize you are accomplishing your goals in the timeline you want.
